Policy for cancellation fees are as follows

Cancellations made 90 before safari begins 100% refund
Cancellations made 40 – 60 days before safari begins 50% refund
Cancellations made 0 -30 days before safari begins no refund

We are flexible according to guests schedule and requirements. They can travel with us all year around depending on what they want to see and do. Please contact us for more information

Trip Terms & Conditions

-Your deposit is due immediately on booking (25% of program price). The balance is due 35 days prior to departure.
-Tour quotes do not include airfare to/from the trip start point unless noted on the itinerary
-Cost increases in currency exchange, government fees, taxes, surcharges or hotel/lodge tariff increases between quote date and final payment date are payable by the client.
-Availability cannot be guaranteed until booked. We will exercise best efforts to book hotels per the itinerary, however, in busy seasons and with client bookings made within 90 days of tour date we may be forced to offer substitutes.
– Payment of the program price constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions

Itineraries

All itineraries are custom designed according to guests schedule and the number of days they will be staying on safari or climb

All itineraries start from the day we pick the guests from the airport
All itineraries end its services when we drop our guests at hotel for their last night stay

All services provided are listed in the itineraries
Itineraries cannot be changed to a different place because Lodges have already been booked for those specific days and dates. If a client changes itinerary to a different lodge African Brothers will need a price adjustment to cover fees

Guests should be fully aware of what their Travel insurance will provide during their stay in east Africa.
African Heartland Safaris will never be responsible for lost or stolen goods during your travel with us.

Booking at lodges can only be made with a 25% deposit. We will not hold lodges or book any without deposit

Itineraries given to guests without a deposit may change several times to follow the right schedule deposits are needed

Guests need to make a full payment 35 days prior safari or climbs to Kilimanjaro. No exceptions will be accepted.

Prices subject to change due to the changing park fees, and other similar activities; if this happens, we will inform you as soon possible.
