Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed, and transferred to your lodge to relax, and unwind in preparation for the exciting days ahead.
Day 2: Safari in Tarangire National Park
After an early breakfast in Arusha, set off for an exhilarating journey to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its rich wildlife and captivating landscapes. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at Tarangire Safari Lodge while taking in the breathtaking views of the scenic plains ,and river valley.
Tarangire National Park boasts the greatest concentration of wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem, making it a paradise for predators. It is the only place in Tanzania where you can regularly spot dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and the peculiar long-necked gerenuk. The park is also famous for its dramatic baobab trees, which add to the incredible scenery.
Herds of up to 300 elephants can be seen by the dry riverbed, drawn by underground streams. These majestic creatures are commonly encountered year-round, whether during the wet or dry seasons. The shrinking Tarangire River attracts a multitude of migratory species, including wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, impala, gazelle, hartebeest, and eland. Additionally, the park is a haven for bird enthusiasts, with over 550 bird species recorded, the highest number of breeding species in a single habitat worldwide.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park
After a delicious breakfast, embark on a journey to the legendary Serengeti National Park, known as “Siringet” or “endless plains” in the Maasai language. Arrive in the late afternoon and begin exploring this iconic park, renowned for its annual migration, where millions of wildebeest, zebras, and other herbivores move in a continuous cycle, followed closely by their predators, creating one of nature’s most breathtaking spectacles.
As the day draws to a close, head to your luxury tented camp. If available, immerse yourself in the rich culture of Tanzania with a captivating African Maasai show or a traditional Tanzanian dance performance.
In the evening, relax by the campfire, enjoy a drink, and gaze at the dramatic blanket of dazzling stars above—a perfect end to your day in the Serengeti.

Day 6: Serengeti to Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Set off early in the morning for a final game drive in the Serengeti, with picnic lunches packed for the journey. This last exploration allows you to savor more incredible wildlife encounters and capture the essence of this iconic park one last time.
After your game drive, travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its stunning landscapes and rich biodiversity. Arrive in the late afternoon, and if you are interested in experiencing Maasai culture, you can visit the nearby village of Irkeepus (optional). Here, the Maasai people warmly welcome you with their traditional dances and vibrant songs. The Maasai are known for their unique customs and are eager to share their impressive crafts, which they often sell to visitors. This visit offers a fun, and engaging cultural experience, providing a deeper understanding of one of Tanzania’s most iconic tribes.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
After an early breakfast, descend 2,000 feet into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. The early morning hours are ideal for spotting wildlife, as many animals are most active at dawn. With some luck, you may witness predators on the hunt, showcasing the raw and captivating moments of the African wilderness.
The Ngorongoro Crater is home to an estimated 35,000 animals, featuring the highest density of mammalian predators in all of Africa. This unique ecosystem is the only conservation area in the world where humans and wildlife coexist harmoniously. Within the crater, you’ll have the chance to see Africa’s renowned Big Five: lion, leopard, buffalo, rhino, and elephant, among other species that roam freely in this natural wonder.
Enjoy lunch by the hippo pool near Mandusi Swamp, where you can relax and watch the hippos wallowing in the water. Afterward, take a short drive to Lake Magadi, a shallow, alkaline lake within the crater that is often teeming with thousands of flamingos, hippos, and a variety of exotic water birds, offering fantastic bird-watching opportunities.
After this unforgettable day, return to Arusha for a relaxing evening.

Day 8: Explore Arusha, and Departure / Services Ends after Brekfast
After breakfast, take some time to explore Arusha and visit the renowned Cultural Heritage Center, the largest museum of its kind in Africa. This unique center offers a rich collection of African art, crafts, jewelry, and historical artifacts, providing a deep dive into the cultural heritage of Tanzania and Africa.
